Inspection Solution

An intelligent vision system for final encapsulation inspection

Nixma’s final encapsulation process inspection handler is equipped with a 360 degree vision camera to inspect bottle cap sealing quality and a side camera to inspect bottle fill level and label position at a competitive market price. Live production yield data and encapsulation process quality summary are provided through our machine HMI to provide feedback on customer process for efficient management of their production process.
